Hi Traveller
Isn't it getting a bit overwhelming ... paying upfront for a hotel booking so many weeks and months in advance? Or risking a price increase if booking closer to the travel date?
Hotel bookings were much simpler in the good old days, read pre-internet credit card days. Send a letter to the hotel, ask them to hold a room, pay a few days before departure. With the advent of computers, the communication became much faster, and obviously, the hotels kept some safety measures to ensure their inventory wasn't sold off without any guarantees. Therefore, what started as a credit card guarantee eventually ended up with hotels asking for full advance payments. The cancellation policies became more and more stringent with passing years, with the result that we now find bookings being made on a 100% non-refundable basis, even when booked weeks and months in advance.
Isn't it time we changed these game rules now, and make it easier for a traveler to plan a holiday? Without worrying about paying full money upfront, and god forbid in case of a cancellation, running hither and thither for the refunds?
Fortunately, a lead has been taken by quite a few hotel chains in this direction. We, as their trusted travel company now have access to these hotels and their inventory. We have plenty of choices available across India, and across the globe at all price points. Essentially, all you now need to do is email us your requirements. Besides the excellent rates that we will provide you, we will also guide you on which hotel to hold now, pay later. We will provide you a decent 'pay by date' and there is no cancellation fee if a booking is cancelled before that date.
So lets usher in a new era of 'hold now, pay later'.
I wish you Happy Travelling, and we look forward to getting your emails.
